2.1 Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS, GLS

2.2 We ship to the following countries, among others: Germany, European Union, USA, Canada, Russia, Japan, India, China, Switzerland, Norway, UK. 

3. shipping cost

3.1 Within the EU, delivery is free of shipping costs.

3.2 For shipping abroad, the following flat-rate shipping costs per order apply:
Non-European Union countries from 4.90 EUR

3.3 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
